Mari Nyhagen opened the scoring in the 41st minute, before Elin Sørum extended the lead to 2-0 from the penalty spot four minutes later.
At the start of the second half, Mathilde Janzen made it 3-0, before an own goal by Apolonia sealed Hammarby's 4-0 win.
In the qualifying final on August 8, Hammarby will meet the winner of Juventus and Torreense. If they win there, they will qualify for the Champions League playoff.
