One of the points in the peace plan for Gaza is that Hamas will be disarmed. That is not an option, says a representative of the terrorist-stamped organization.

The proposed surrender of weapons is out of the question and not negotiable, says the anonymous Hamas representative to the news agency AFP.

The President of the USA, Donald Trump, has hinted that the disarmament of Hamas will be included in the second phase of the peace plan.

One of the 20 points in the White House's peace plan for the war between Israel and Hamas is that Hamas members who hand over their weapons will be granted amnesty and given free passage to leave Gaza.

This issue, along with the withdrawal of the Israeli military, is seen as two of the most insurmountable obstacles in the implementation of the plan.
