Halmstads Konsthall will pause exhibition activities for almost two years. The pause will apply from mid-March this year until 2027.
The decision is part of savings by the municipality's cultural committee, which will save 4.4 million kronor.
In addition to the gallery closure, staffed opening hours at a library will also be reduced, the municipality writes on its website.
