The new Bond game gets the title "First light" and will be released sometime next year, revealed in Sony's video presentation "State of play".
Behind "First light" stands Danish IO Interactive, with offices also in Malmö, and which previously made the "Hitman" series.
Unlike the movies and previous games, it is a young Bond – 26 years old – that the player will get to know.
It is the first real trailer for the game, which has been in development since 2020, and shows that it is about third-person view (the camera behind the main character), sneaking, shooting, fighting, and car chases in classic Bond environments.
"You will be able to travel around the world and discover exciting places, from snow-covered mountains to beaches soaked in oil," writes Yann Roskell at IO in a blog post.
In other news, a new trailer for the horror game "Silent Hill f" was shown, which takes place in Japan in the 1960s, as well as new tracks for the popular "Astro bot" are on the way. Giant Squid – the creators of "Pathless" and "Journey" – also released a new trailer for their "atmospheric surfing adventure" "Sword of the sea", which is available in stores on August 19.
