The European Football Association (UEFA) website confirms Hakimi's presence in both Paris Saint-Germain's matchday squad and starting eleven for Wednesday night's decisive round-of-16 playoff at Parc des Princes in Paris.
On Tuesday, news broke that Hakimi would appear in court after being charged with rape alleged to have occurred three years ago.
The 27-year-old has denied the allegations and is taking the summons to trial "calmly."
The winner between PSG and Monaco advances to the Champions League round of 16.
