Häcken will not win the Swedish Football Championship gold medal on Sunday. It is clear after Hammarby's 4-0 defeat by IFK Norrköping.

With Hammarby losing, Häcken had the chance to secure the Swedish Championship gold in their match against Linköping. But “Bajen” won 4–0 against Norrköping and is challenging Hisingslaget for first place in the Swedish Women’s Championship with two rounds remaining.

We can only hope that Häcken loses points, but we can do nothing more than win our matches, says Hammarby's Anna Jøsendal to Viaplay.

Hammarby took the lead against “Beijing” with half an hour played when Julie Blakstad came free into the penalty area and finished directly on Smilla Holmberg's cross from the right.

The score stood at 1–0 at half-time, but in the second half Norrköping collapsed. Anna Jøsendal extended the lead for the home team ten minutes into the second half, and became the two-goal scorer after her penalty goal ten minutes later.

Ellen Wangerheim scored the final 4–0 goal.

Malmö had the chance to secure a European place earlier on Sunday, but Piteå wanted something else.

The away team won the match against the third-placed team 2–1.

"It feels heavy right now," says Malmö's team captain Nellie Lilja to SVT.

Malmö took the lead in the third minute when Miljana Ivanovic was able to drive forward with the ball and score 1–0.

But during the first half, Piteå was able to both equalize and take the lead after goals by Selina Henriksson and Cecilia Edlund.

We have two more games and two chances to decide on our own. It's far from over, says Nellie Lilja.
