Häcken had no problem dismissing Icelandic Breidablik in the first quarter-final of the new club tournament in women's football.
It took 25 minutes for the opener, but it was already 5-0 at halftime after two goals from last year's top scorer, Felicia Schröder. After a missed penalty in the closing stages, the final score was 7-0.
The return leg in Iceland will be played next Wednesday.
Later on Wednesday evening, Hammarby played their quarter-final away against Sporting, and thanks to a goal by Emilie Joramo, the Stockholm team took a 1-0 lead into the return leg at home.
