Häcken's former striker Felicia Schröder has continued to score goals for her new club Real Madrid. But she will not pose any threat to her former club in the Champions League group stage.

For Häcken, it will instead be Lyon, Chelsea, Juventus, Paris FC, Manchester City and Inter who will make up the six opponents in the autumn.

Lyon away

"It's a pretty tough draw, but we're going in with the attitude of moving on, which of course will require top performances from everyone," says Häcken's captain Anna Anvegård on the club's website.

On paper, the toughest task will be last year's finalist and reigning champion Lyon away in France. The home matches against Manchester City, who won the Super League last year, and Nathalie Björn's Chelsea will also be something to chew on.

However, Häcken's coach Elena Sadiku believes in her team:

"I think we have a great chance of advancing if we win three of the matches. We as a team have shown that we can compete even with the top teams and hopefully we can show it again," she says.

Four go straight through

Real Madrid, which also has Filippa Angeldahl and Bella Andersson in the team, was drawn against Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, Paris FC, Roma, Inter and Manchester City.

The top four of the 18 teams in the league phase advance directly to the quarterfinals. The teams in places 5–12 will face a playoff for the remaining four spots. The remaining teams are eliminated.
