TV profile and artist Gunilla Persson will not receive damages from the state, writes Expressen.
In June, Stoppa Pressarna and its responsible publisher Daniel Nyhlén were convicted of gross defamation since Persson had taken the news site to court.
At the same time, the site was acquitted of charges in two other cases – which led Gunilla Persson to turn to the Chancellor of Justice with demands for damages as she did not believe she had received a fair trial since she could not appeal in a defamation case.
The Hollywood lady, however, is not satisfied.
"We will submit a summons application to the Stockholm District Court at the beginning of next week", says Persson's lawyer Mark Safaryan to Expressen.
