What: Romania-Sweden, Nations League B Division, Group 4.

Where: The National Arena in Bucharest.

When: Kick-off 8:45 p.m. Monday.

TV/Radio: Viaplay/Radiosporten.

+ Excellent Swedish starting position in the group

With seven points from three matches, Sweden has a great chance to win the group and thus advance to the A division and have a slightly easier path to Euro 2028. A victory in Bucharest would leave Sweden in a very strong position to win the group. After Monday's match, Blågult still have Bosnia and Herzegovina and Poland to face in November.

+ Will the national team icon be allowed to stay?

Romania's national team captain, former great Gheorghe Hagi, has come under heavy criticism after the team's poor performances. The criticism did not ease when the national team was humiliated 0-6 by Poland on Friday. After the match, questions have been raised about whether Hagi is the right man to lead Romania forward. Some want to take it a step further and fire him before Monday's match.

+ The midfield crisis in the Swedish team

National team captain Graham Potter is probably holding his breath that no centre-back will get injured or fall ill in the next few hours. Gustaf Lagerbielke and John Mellberg left the squad due to colds. Isak Hien has previously been injured for a long time and in the first half against Bosnia and Herzegovina, Carl Starfelt was forced to leave injured. The national team management has acted and called up Eric Smith, who replaced Starfelt in Friday's match, and also Hammarby's Victor Eriksson.

+ Several changes to the starting eleven to be expected

It is difficult - almost impossible - to predict what Graham Potter's eleven will look like on Monday. Hampus Skoglund made his national team debut at right-back and did well. Will he continue to be trusted, or will it be Daniel Svensson? How will Potter shape the midfield? Against Bosnia and Herzegovina, he started Jesper Karlström and Hugo Larsson while Lucas Bergvall was benched. Who will form the central defence with Lindelöf?

+ In-form Viktor Gyökeres makes headlines in England

Goals in three straight games and involved in most of the offensive play. Viktor Gyökeres has picked up speed again after a weak start to the season at Premier League club Arsenal, where he has mostly been on the bench. When Gyökeres now scores, it is of course noticed in England, and many wonder why the London club's coach Mikel Arteta does not trust his striker more.
