Alarming signs for new national team captain Graham Potter – defender Gabriel Gudmundsson was forced to leave the pitch with an injury.

In the Premier League match between Gabriel Gudmundsson's Leeds and West Ham, the Swedish national team defender was forced to leave the pitch just before the break.

After a duel, the Swede grimaced badly and clutched his back. He was not allowed to step down immediately, but half a minute later, he sat down and then limped off the pitch.

On November 5, Sweden's new national team manager Graham Potter will announce the squad for the World Championship qualifying matches against Switzerland on November 15 and Slovenia three days later.

Leeds won 2–1.
