A wax figure on the loose has led to two people being prosecuted for stealing a cultural object.
It was on Monday that Greenpeace activists stole a wax figure depicting France's President Emmanuel Macron from a museum in Paris to then use it in protests against French companies' economic ties to Russia.
The "President" was handed over to the police and the activists' lawyer argues that the prosecution should therefore be dropped.
The museum in question has on Instagram urged its visitors to enjoy the artworks on site instead.
