The Dockworkers' Union has received clearance for its blockade of war materials to and from Israel, reports P4 Blekinge. Thus, the six-day blockade can come into effect on Tuesday night.

The employer, Swedish Ports, has opposed the blockade, which was initially scheduled to begin on January 28.

According to an interim decision from the Labour Court, there are no obstacles in the collective agreement to implement the blockade pending a final court ruling.
