Linn Grant and Maja Stark will represent Sweden in ladies' golf at the Olympics in Paris this summer.
Madelene Sagström had a chance to challenge them for one of the two tickets to Paris, but her results in the PGA tournament in the USA at the weekend were not enough to overtake either of them in the world rankings, which determine who gets to go.
Grant was the top Swedish player, tied ninth, at Sahalee Country Club in Washington on the American West Coast in this year's third major tournament. Korean Amy Yang won with a total of 281 strokes, seven under par. Grant needed 287 strokes, one under par, for the four rounds.
Sagström finished in a tie for 22nd place with 291 strokes and Maja Stark was the third-best of the Swedish players, with 299 strokes.
