We must dare to build big again. Today we are presenting the entirety of the Swedish nuclear power program, Minister of Energy and Enterprise Ebba Busch (KD) said at a press conference, reviewing the decisions and legislative changes made so far.
The investigator is to provide an interim report in August and a final report in December. Issues to be investigated include how the state can support the development of supply chains for the construction of new reactors and facilitate the exchange of experiences between projects. The government hopes for more projects than Vattenfall's plans for Ringhals.
The assignment includes considering whether the state's ownership stakes in reactors should be organized into special holding companies.
