The family is convicted of cultivating narcotic mushrooms in the mother's residence in Gothenburg. Later, for example, chocolate was prepared with the mushrooms and sold online.

The woman, her daughter, and two sons were arrested in March last year after the operation was uncovered in a national effort where the police collaborated with Postnord.

The suspicions against the mother arose when she had received packages with fake postage stamps.

The family members are sentenced to prison terms, up to four years and ten months. They are convicted of gross drug offenses, violations of the law on prohibited harmful goods, and two of the children are also convicted of money laundering.

The crimes should have at least been ongoing since 2019.
