Pichai's package includes options linked to the share price growth of Waymo, the subsidiary that develops driverless cars, over the next three years, reports the British Financial Times.
The performance of Wing Aviation, which develops drones and delivery services, also affects the settlement.
"Waymo and Wing are meeting enormous expectations in autonomous driving and autonomous delivery; they have made strong progress under Pichai's leadership," the company's board wrote in its decision.
