The compensation to Vapsten sameby, which appealed a previous land allocation to Lappland Gold Prospecting AB, is set to 122,088 kronor, according to the court decision.
"Other appeals are dismissed and the previous interim decision from June 28, 2024 is repealed", the company writes.
The land area is owned by the state-owned Sveaskog, Sweden's largest forest owner.
Lappland Gold Prospecting AB's share has been listed on the trading platform Spotlight Stock Market in Stockholm since last autumn.
