With six rounds left to play in Superettan, it's extremely even at the top – at least behind league leaders Degerfors.
Via the 1–0 win in the Skåne derby away against Landskrona, fourth-placed Helsingborg with their 40 points are only one point behind third-placed Öster on a qualifying spot. Landskrona remains second on 42 points. Degerfors – in Allsvenskan last year – tops the table on 47 points.
The matchwinner for Helsingborg was Wilhelm Loeper. In the 39th minute, Dennis Olsson delivered a cross from the left flank, and in the far end of the penalty area, Loeper, with his left hand against his stomach, pushed in the only goal of the match with his upper body.
I told Dennis before the match that I would try to get into that area, says Wilhelm Loeper to Max.
Which body part did you use to push the ball in?
God's hand, says Loeper to the TV channel, with a reference to Argentine Diego Armando Maradona's infamous handball in the VM quarterfinal against England in 1986.
Until the summer, Landskrona impressed greatly, but now the black-and-white team is out of form. The team has only won three matches and taken a total of 12 points in the last ten matches. Helsingborg, on the other hand, has taken 23 points in the last ten matches.
