Buffalo has had a tough season. The team is last in the Eastern Conference and the hunt for its first playoff spot since 2010–2011 looks difficult.
Against Calgary, the team conceded seven goals. Two of them were scored by the Swedish duo Rasmus Andersson and Mikael Backlund.
Even though Rasmus Dahlin himself accounted for a goal and an assist, he was far from satisfied with the performance.
"Shit match. A terrible match. That's all I can say. The result. How the match ended. A lot of mistakes," he says, according to The Athletic.
The loss was Buffalo's third in a row. For Calgary, the victory meant the team is now three points ahead of San Jose, which currently holds the final playoff spot in the Western Conference.
