Romell Glave won in Sätra, ahead of star Jeremiah Azu

He is the reigning world champion in the 60 meters. However, at the athletics gala in Sätra, Jeremiah Azu did not win.

Instead, it was fellow countryman Romell Glave who took first place with a time of 6.51 seconds. Azu came shortly after, crossing the finish line in 6.54 seconds.

In the women's long jump, the talented Ayla Hallberg Hossain excelled. The 19-year-old set a personal best by 16 centimeters with a jump of 6.56 meters and won ahead of Esraa Owis of Egypt.

I wanted to beat the "PB" this indoor season. I felt it was time, so I'm super happy, Hallberg Hossain said to SVT.

In the shot put, Fanny Roos finished second with 18.46 meters. Discus star Vanessa Kamga was fifth with 16.23 meters. Danniel Thomas-Dodd, Jamaica, won with 19.00 meters.
