The book is titled "A Tribute to Life" and is published simultaneously in several different countries, including Sweden where Albert Bonniers publishing house has acquired the rights.

Her attitude that the shame must be moved from the victims of abuse to the perpetrators sparked a wave of response around the world. The book also has the subtitle "the shame must change sides".
In 2025, she was awarded the French distinction the Legion of Honour.
