The girl was riding an electric scooter when the accident occurred.
"We are talking to witnesses and trying to create a picture of how the accident happened," says police spokesperson Magnus Jansson Klarin.
No one has been charged with a crime in connection with the accident, which occurred on Stockholmsvägen late Thursday afternoon.
It is still unclear how badly the girl was injured.
