A man with both German and Russian citizenship has been arrested by Russian police, accused of preparing sabotage on a railway line.
The man is said to have made the preparations on orders from Kyiv, according to the Russian security service FSB, as reported by Russian state media.
The charges against the man concern "preparing sabotage on a section of railway track in the city of Nizhny Novgorod with an explosive charge". This, according to FSB's statement, was done in exchange for financial compensation from Ukraine's security service (SBU).
