George Michael, who died on Christmas Day 2016, also wore the black leather jacket at the start of the "Faith" tour in 1988, reports the BBC.

The leather jacket was one of several pieces of music memorabilia sold by auction house Propstore. A gold microphone used by Queen singer Freddie Mercury during a 1982 "Top of the Pops" performance sold for nearly the equivalent of 1.9 million kronor. And a poster that John Lennon autographed, just hours before he was fatally shot in 1980, sold for nearly the equivalent of 950,000 kronor.
