Rescue workers in Hamas-ruled Gaza report that at least 30 people have been killed in Israeli attacks on Sunday.
Of these, 17 deaths are reported from northern Gaza Strip, according to civil defense spokesperson Mahmud Bassal.
Medical personnel report that 13 Palestinians have been killed in southern Gaza, including in an Israeli air strike east of Khan Yunis.
Muhammad Salha at al-Awda Hospital in Jabalia, located in the northern part of the Strip, describes the situation as "horrific".
Even Mahmud Bassal emphasizes the severe situation.
"Over 100,000 residents in northern Gaza are without food, water or medicine", he says.
