The problem occurred after a power outage at a local waterworks and is affecting both terminals at the airport.
"The issue is affecting the water supply in both terminals and is currently being investigated," the airport wrote on X.
No flight departures were reported to have been affected, but according to travellers, it was not possible to flush the toilets or wash hands.
“Water bottles are being distributed to passengers and airport staff, and other measures are being implemented to ensure the well-being of travellers,” the airport wrote in another statement .
