On April 23, Landeskog made a celebrated comeback in Colorado. At the time, the team captain had not played since June 26, 2022, when he lifted the Stanley Cup after leading the team to victory over Tampa Bay in the final.
Landeskog has since had several knee surgeries and undergone rehabilitation aimed at returning to ice hockey.
