A report from the accounting firm KPMG shows that the company's reported turnover of SEK 186 million and profit of SEK 68.8 million are incorrect.
"We can conclude that the pattern is unfortunately repeating itself," writes chairman Fredrik Olsson.
The company's shares have been suspended since the Swedish Economic Crime Authority raided the company last fall. It emerged that the company's sales for 2024–2025 had been grossly exaggerated. Former CEO Claes Lindahl is suspected of gross fraud.
The company manufactures and develops UV technology used in disinfection, sun protection and industry.
