"Emanuele, you will forever be in our hearts," the association writes on its website.
Galeppini is the first victim identified by name and picture after the disaster.
The teenager, born in Genoa, had spent the last few years living in Dubai with his family, where he trained and competed in golf. He was at a bar in Crans-Montana with friends when the fire broke out.
According to Reuters, two friends who were with him at the scene survived.
Tahirys Dos Santos, a French footballer, was seriously burned in the fire, his club, Metz, announced.
"The management, players, coaches and others concerned are in shock and deeply affected by this news. They express their deepest sympathy to Tahirys at this difficult time," the French Ligue 1 club wrote.
Tahirys Dos Santos has been taken to a hospital in Germany. His injuries are said to be serious.
Tahirys Dos Santos has not played for Metz's first team, but as recently as December 20th he was on the bench in a cup match.
At least 40 people have died and 119 have been injured, many of them seriously, in the fire that broke out on New Year's Eve.
