Eight of the Queen singer's costumes are being exhibited at the Victoria and Albert Museum to mark Mercury's 80th birthday this year, writes The Guardian.
The free exhibition is created in collaboration with Mercury's former fiancée and close friend Mary Austin, who is lending seven of the costumes from his career.
Among the costumes are Mercury's crown and robe from Queen's final tour in 1986, the catsuit from the music video for "Bohemian Rhapsody" and the clothes he wore on the cover of the band's self-titled debut album from 1973.
