Celebrity chef Björn Frantzén's restaurant FZN in Dubai has been awarded three Michelin stars. He is thus the only chef in the world with three restaurants that have three stars in the renowned restaurant guide.
"This award is an incredible honor, not just for me but for my whole team", says Björn Frantzen in a press release.
His two other three-starred restaurants, Frantzén in Stockholm and Zén in Singapore were awarded top marks in 2018 and 2021, respectively.
FZN opened as recently as October 2024.
Today, there are 152 restaurants that have three Michelin stars.
