France inflation falls to 2.0% in June, below expectations

France's inflation fell to 2.0 percent in June, according to preliminary EU-harmonized figures.

This compares with 2.8 percent in May.

Analysts had expected inflation to fall to 2.3 percent, according to Bloomberg's compilation of forecasts.
