According to documents seen by the newspaper, FRA Director-General Björn Lyrvall decided to restrict what ten employees who were due to testify could say as early as November 2025.
The decision effectively prohibited them from commenting on the most sensitive information, citing national security concerns.
The decision also states that the secret information is classified for 95 years.
