The men are suspected of kidnapping a Norwegian citizen and demanding a ransom from his relatives.
"Videos, threats and a ransom of one million euros," Spanish police wrote on X.
According to the police, the suspects belong to the Swedish Dalen Network.
The Norwegian was reportedly detained for almost three days and was released in connection with a police operation. The perpetrators also allegedly took the victim's dogs.
A police video shows, among other things, two people lying on the ground in handcuffs.
