A total of seven people in a family were struck by lightning and four of them are still being treated in hospital, reports Sydsvenskan. One of them is a two-year-old boy.
"It sounded like a bomb, a loud bang and everything went completely white. I couldn't see anything, but I could feel my whole back, my right arm and my right leg, where I had a wound," the boy's mother told the newspaper.
The boy's heart is being checked by doctors and he has pain in his neck and the back of his head. Among the injured is also the boy's grandmother.
"My mother was the one who was injured the most - in the head, in the arm, in the back and in the leg. She was hit by the lightning right in the eye," says the two-year-old's mother.
