The individuals are considered to have disturbed the public order when the party leaders arrived for Sunday evening's debate on SVT.
About 15 people who had not applied for a permit participated in the gathering, according to the police.
"Three of these tried to force their way into the television building but were stopped by guards and police," the police wrote on their website.
Another person was taken into custody when he left the designated area and stepped out into the street. The police have not opened a criminal investigation.
