“People have head and shrapnel injuries, fractures and blast injuries,” writes the Dnipropetrovsk governor.
According to a Telegram statement from Ukrainian police, Monday morning's attack targeted a private company in Dnipro, a major Ukrainian industrial city on the Dnieper River.
In addition, two people have been killed in a Russian attack on a city bus in Zaporizhia further south, AFP writes.
Both Russia and Ukraine have escalated attacks in recent months, while talks to end the war have increasingly stalled. Over the weekend, several deadly Ukrainian attacks were reported against Russia and Russian-occupied areas of Ukraine.
