The suspected perpetrator is also dead.
The first call to police from the address on Tuesday morning local time reported a 32-year-old man violating a no-contact order. Police went to the residence to serve him with the court order.
While they were en route, another call reported that the man was stabbing people at the residence.
According to local newspaper The News Tribune, the first police officer to arrive opened fire on the suspect, who died at the scene.
Three of the victims were found dead at the scene, while a fourth person died en route to the hospital.
