In the capital Kyiv, the police announced that two people were killed and a further 13 injured when ballistic missiles struck.
A fire broke out in a building in an area while debris from downed projectiles fell over an open area.
Also in the Dnipropetrovsk region, two people were killed and seven injured in Russian attacks. According to Governor Vladyslav Hajvanenko, multi-family houses and other types of private housing were hit in the attacks.
