"It was going at quite high speeds, up to 150 kilometers per hour. At one point it was probably going faster than that," says Torbjörn Lindqvist, police officer on duty, to P4 Jönköping.
After police pursued the car for about half an hour, the chase ended around 3 a.m. near Gränna. No one was injured. Because of the boys' age, the case is being handled by social services.
"One can only hope that they have learned something and that they use their heads before taking such idiotic steps in the future. It could have been much, much worse," Lindqvist told the radio.
