The two explosions occurred within half an hour on the night of May 2, and a VMA was issued.
Four people have now been arrested and detained, the police wrote on their website. Three of them are suspected of a felony under the Act on Flammable and Explosive Goods and of gross public danger, while the fourth is suspected of aiding and abetting gross public danger.
