The two inmates were also requested to be remanded in custody on Friday on suspicion of incitement to gross misconduct and gross bribery. However, they were not remanded in custody as the judge ruled that it was sufficient for them to remain in prison.
Another person, who was not employed at the institution, is being detained on suspicion of having "promoted the guards' actions to take the phones in," according to the prosecutor.
