Authorities found 191 bodies - piled on top of each other - in a building after neighbors complained about the stench in 2023.
The woman's ex-husband was sentenced to 40 years in prison in February for breaching the peace, and was called a "monster" by relatives of those whose bodies were left to rot.
The case has given rise to several trials, and the couple have previously been sentenced to long prison terms for handing out fake ashes after alleged cremations.
The woman was also sentenced to 18 years in prison last month in a related federal fraud case.
