As sports director, Jesper Ollas will be responsible for the men's activities - which include the A-team, U18 and U20 teams.
In recent years, he has, among other things, built up the club's junior activities.
"With Jesper Ollas at the helm, we feel that Leksands IF is getting someone who has worked closely with the men's team for a long time and has good insight into what will be required to achieve success," says chairman Andreas Gärdsback.
The contract runs for three years.
