The Toronto Maple Leafs are acquiring the Swedish duo while also receiving Philadelphia's third-round pick in this summer's NHL draft. Goalie Joseph Woll and defenseman Simon Benoit are going the other way.
Goalie Samuel Ersson was part of Sweden's World Cup squad this spring and played five games in the World Cup the year before. He has been a regular between the posts for Philadelphia for the past three seasons.
The 24-year-old defenseman Andrae played 61 games and recorded 13 points for the club last season.
