“This will soon be one of the best and most spectacular airports in the entire world.” That’s how Donald Trump describes the international airport that used to be called Palm Beach on Truth Social.
The name change at the airport, located near Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, has been in the works for months. Although the process of changing all the signs and names around the facility is not yet complete, Thursday was officially the first day with the new name.
The president’s son Eric Trump arrived at Donald J Trump International Airport on the family’s private plane to mark the occasion.
"A wonderful day," he tells Fox News.
