The parties have found an agreement and reached a settlement out of court.
"Even though the details of the agreement will remain private, we wish each other personal happiness, professional success and peace in the future", say Shia Labeouf and FKA Twigs, who is actually named Tahliah Debrett Barnett, in a joint statement.
FKA Twigs accused LaBeouf, among other things, of having taken a chokehold on her, pushed her into a car and deliberately given her a venereal disease.
It was in connection with the allegations against LaBeouf that the actor was fired, or resigned, from the film "Don't worry darling", depending on who you ask. He was then replaced by Harry Styles.
The film's director Olivia Wilde claimed that LaBeouf was fired due to his "confrontational energy" which was not supposed to fit the film.
