Five Thai police officers have died when the plane they were in crashed into the sea during a parachute exercise, the police report.
The crash occurred off the province of Prachuap Khiri Khan south of the capital Bangkok.
A sixth person who was on board is being treated at hospital with serious injuries.
The authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
