Five municipalities in western Russia are without electricity and heating after a large-scale Ukrainian attack, the region's governor says.
Aleksandr Bogomaz, governor of the Bryansk region, writes on Telegram that a drone attack on the region's infrastructure has been ongoing for about 12 hours.
In Ukraine, attacks on infrastructure have also left many households without electricity and heating. In Kyiv alone, around 1,600 buildings are without heating.
